This study presents a user-centered approach to address communication challenges between administration and production in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by developing a digital control center (DiKo) for incoming goods at Zemmler Siebanlagen GmbH. It describes the applied methods, technical solution, and an innovative didactic approach for transferring the solution.
